Message previews are off unless you enable them.

What Apple receives
Apple uses a device identifier to deliver the notification and can see when it arrives. The notification sent through Apple contains no message text, sender name or payment amount.
Message previews
With previews off, the banner says New message. With previews on, it shows who a message is from, never what it says; your phone reads messages for this without unlocking SILNT. Leave previews off for stronger protection if someone gains access to your phone. Lockdown keeps previews off. While SILNT is open, no banner shows.
Deleted chats
Deleting a message for yourself, deleting a chat, leaving a group or deleting a contact also clears that chat's notifications. iPhone keeps its own copy of each notification, which SILNT cannot reach.
Missing notifications
Check iPhone Settings, Notifications, SILNT. Confirm notifications are allowed, check Focus settings, then reopen SILNT.
